NEUROCORE MODELING SYNTAX

NEMOSYN

Ontological Syntax for Supply Chain Modeling

A company’s supply chain is composed of diverse elements—such as factories, logistics centers, equipment,
and material warehouses—connected through complex relationships.
As a result, significant time and effort are required in the processes of system design and implementation,
as well as in planning and execution.

NEMOSYN is a proprietary modeling language that represents this complexity using an ontology-based concept.

It  provides a supply chain modeling approach that is easy for anyone to understand and put into action.

NEMOSYN

SUPPLY CHAIN MODELING STANDARD

While traditional APS systems have been implemented in separate areas such as Master Planning and Factory Plannin,

NEMO APS365+ offers a fully integrated, hybrid, and converged approach.

Frameworks such as MP and FP, established in the 1990s, are no longer valid. Depending on the industry and the enterprise, a Master Plan system may require detailed modeling down to specific equipment levels, and even when addressing scheduling issues, it may also involve inter-factory allocation challenges.

Users can freely configure pre-prepared Nemosyn model assets—covering Demand, Supply, Production, Logistics, and Resource planning—to suit their specific objectives and circumstances, much like assembling LEGO blocks. This configuration can then be designed and simulated within the NEMO APS365+ platform.

NEMOSYN, integrated with the NEMO APS365+ platform, drives sustainable and scalable
SCM innovation.

Digital Twin for Workcenter Scheduling

Example of Configuring a Digital Twin at the Detailed Scheduling Level
At this level of detail, the configuration can utilize various types of equipment, tooling such as molds/jigs, manpower availability,
and material inventory levels.

A wide array of equipment models, tailored by industry and enterprise, are readily available.
A diverse range of Nemosyn Assets is available, supporting a wide spectrum of industries
— from single-workpiece processing equipment to batch processing systems, in-line processing equipment, and pipeline/tank-type
processing facilities. In this specific scenario, the configuration can be premised upon linkage with real equipment-level work instructions.

Digital Twin for Global Supply Planning

Example of Configuring a Digital Twin at the Global Site Level
At this company-level model, Nemosyn Assets are utilized that incorporate high-level abstract concepts—such as integrated production capacity per factory/site (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly), inter-site logistics routes and constraints (BOD, Bill-of-Distribution),
production feasibility constraints, capacity requirements, and associated costs—together with the foundational SCM operation function of PSI management.

Naturally, detailed models of specific equipment or manpower can also be added within a global view. Applying this capability allows for the creation of novel hybrid models—previously unavailable—which can consider core equipment Job Change requirements when attempting to optimize global site allocation.
